We Do Not Collect Your Data
ReCollect Now does not collect, transmit, or store your data on our servers. We do not have access to:
- The links, notes, or content you save
- Your search queries or how you use the app
- Any personal or account information
Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share or back it up elsewhere.
Where Your Data Is Stored
All data you create in ReCollect Now is stored locally on your device:
- Saved links (URLs) and their previews (titles, thumbnails)
- Your notes and tags
- Your organization (categories, bookmarks)
This data stays in your device storage. We do not receive, process, or store it.
Links and Previews
When you save a link, the app may request the linked page from the internet to show a preview (title, description, thumbnail). This happens on your device only. We do not receive that information. Playback of videos (e.g. on YouTube) happens on the linked service; we do not download or store the actual video content.
Optional Features
If the app offers optional features that send data (e.g. optional crash reports or anonymous usage statistics), they will be clearly labeled and you can turn them off. By default, we do not collect any data.
Your Rights
Because we do not collect your data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. You have full control over your data on your device: you can export it, delete it, or uninstall the app at any time.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not collect any data from anyone, including children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If we ever begin collecting data, we will say so clearly and ask for your consent where required.
